A bar with history, a fresh perspective
Cervecería España has been a part of Sarria’s daily life for a lifetime. It is one of the oldest bars in town, one of those that has earned its place over the years, with its service, with its tapas. Over time it has changed hands, but it has never lost its essence.
Since 2020, Laura has been at the helm. She arrived from Brazil more than two decades ago and today is part of the Sarrian landscape. Her way of running the bar mixes the traditional with a new perspective: simple cuisine, a family atmosphere, and attentive service that makes everyone feel at home, even if it’s their first time visiting.
Here the day starts with breakfasts and continues with well-poured beers, tempting tapas, and portions to share without rushing. The key is not to complicate things, but to do them with care. And we know about that here.
